Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

🔹 Eligible for Exchange:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (must provide unboxing video).
  • Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

🔹 Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Change of mind or dislike of design after purchase.
  • Used or worn items.
  • Items without original packaging.

🚚 Note: Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), we currently do not offer refunds. However, we will replace any defective items free of charge.

 

Cancellation Policy for COD Orders

Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), cancellations are only accepted before the order is dispatched.

🔹 Cancellation Rules:

  • You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
  • If a customer refuses delivery, they may be restricted from placing future orders.
